Dyers was born in 2009 as a spinoff company from CHOSE (The  Center for Hybrid and Organic Solar Energy  with the aim of guaranteeing a constant technological innovation  in the field of photovoltaic and renewable energy.

Riccardo Riccitelli achieved the Bechelor Degree cum laude on Telecomunications Engeneering and is a PhD in System Engeneering. He worked in collaboration with the Department of Physics and the Chemical Science Department of the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", in the realization and characterization of nano- and micro-electronic devices and is now involved in designing of the first DSC pilot line.

Eleonora Petrolati is an Electronics Engineer and a PhD in System Engineering. She has worked on microelectronics and optics devices simulation and she is currently involved in  the development and application of organic and hybrid solar energy concerning large area cells and modules.

He got B.Sc and M. Sc. degrees in Telecommunications Engineering (Optoelectronics) at University of Rome Tor Vergata. M.Sc. thesis focused on organic-based sources for otpical communications. In April 2009 he got the Ph.D. degree in Telecommunications and Microelectronics Engineering at University of Rome Tor Vergata with a scholarship funded by ISCOM and is currently involevd in the development of DSC panel.
